Bill and James have helped me on several occasions in resolving my storm water blockage issues as well as a leakage associated with my down pipe connection to the storm water drain. Bill and James have shown great Professionalism; Ultra Responsive; Punctual and was very willing to explain the situation clearly to me. Bill and James have a can-do attitude, and the work was completed swiftly with excellent workmanship. The site was also cleaned up very nicely which was a breath of fresh air.

I had a leaking drain that was starting to cause some real problems, and I’m so glad I called kevin. They were quick to respond, arrived on time, and got right to work. The plumber was professional, explained what was causing the leak, and fixed it efficiently without trying to upsell anything unnecessary.

Highly recommend Request Now Plumbing because of DIMITRI, he is so diligent, and came to fix my very old leaking tap, and he even vacuum the interior of the tap to get rid of the residual all the bad stuffs, otherwise I will be drinking bad water. I don’t think other plumber will care to do that, but Dimitri actually vacuum it without me knowing what’s inside. Thanks a lot Dimitri. He even came at 7am to accomodate my working hours. Very much appreciated mate for keeping me healthy besides fixing the leaking old tap.

I've used Request Now Plumbing Services in the past and used them again recently & recommend them highly. I had both Bill and Harris and help me with a faulty hot water system I had, and Harris came to see me on Sunday to do the job when my old system completely stopped and I was in a bit of trouble with no hot water. He installed a brand new system and did a great job all in the same day. A highly professional team and Harris was very polite and friendly all throughout. I recently got my cooktop replaced by RequestNow Plumbing, and they did a fantastic job. I saw their 5-star Google reviews and wasn’t sure at first, but now I understand why they’re rated so highly.
Jeff, the gas fitter was friendly, professional, and did the job perfectly from start to finish. The admin team was also very helpful and kept me updated throughout.
Their prices were the best I could find, and the service was excellent. I’m very happy and will definitely use them again. Highly recommend to anyone needing plumbing or gas work!

After having an issue with water leaking through bricks in the external of the house, Request Now came out the day after I spoke to them as a first time client. I sent a photo and they had gave me an estimate. The guys who came out were courteous, on time, neat and completed the work just over the estimated price, noting that there were actually 2 leaks and the job ended up more complex! If you are looking for genuine and honest tradespeople who do what they say when they say they will do it, then look no further!

I've recently had the pleasure of getting my pipes drilled out by Request Now Plumbing Services. They came really quick and got the job done that nobody else wanted to do. They managed to drill out the root blockages from all the trees. I was been dealing with Tess over the phones for all arrangements, she is the most competent organiser I've ver had the pleasure of dealing with. She has the tenacity of a pit bull's lock jaw, making sure deadlines and arrangements are met. Tess is simply the best 👌

Josh and Stuart did a fantastic job with a toilet replacement and a new toilet installation in the bathroom. The boys had it tough digging through the hard clay soil at the side and back of the house to lay the new pipes and connections.
Jeff came back a few days later to install the replacement toilet seats as both original ones were found broken during delivery by E&S.
I will highly recommend Bill-Request Now to anyone looking for a reliable plumber at a reasonable cost to match.

Peter provided an absolutely first rate service. Arrived on time as promised, was very thorough in his investigation and subsequent repair. He made sure everything was working properly before he leave.
He was very polite and patiently listening to the list I had and communicated with a smile on his face😊. It was very polite of him when he was about to leave and I asked him to check the leakage in the bathroom one last time too.

Request Now Plumping responded immediately to fix a blocked and broken sewer.
Ben & Pete did a fantastic job removing the old Terracotta sewer pipe, replacing with PVC to fix it once and for all. They were an engaging and hardworking pair, who showed me the blockage and location on the drain camera system, dug the trench, and cleaned up the site when finished.

We have used Request Now Plumbing Service for a few years now, we just had a gas hot water system replaced (we were not present at the time however organised for someone else to be), they emailed photos of work done, also removed the old system for us. The plumber and staff are friendly, easy to communicate with, they are reliable, are prompt and trustworthy we are extremely happy with their workmanship and highly recommend them, we will continue to use them in the future.

Bill is the only plumber I contacted who actually responded consistently to my messages. Good thing too because he is excellent. Arrives on time and does great work. Half way through installing our new toilet and come to find the toilet I purchased, labelled P trap on the box actually has an S trap toilet inside it, so rather than leave me without a toilet, he went to bunnings to swap it for the right one so he could finish the job. I can't thank him enough.

Bill is a life saver!!
just moved into a home that i purchased and soon figured out that the hot water tank had burst. At 10pm i frantically called several plumbers only to be faced with rudeness, until i landed on Bill.
Bill came out immediately and was able to tell that the hot water unit wasn't installed properly straight away. Bill fixed the issue no worries and even took away the old unit and rubbish without being asked.
Couldn't recommend a nicer or more on the ball plumber.

We recently had the pleasure of experiencing outstanding service from a local plumber, and I am compelled to share my positive experience.
We woke up with a blocked drain and were panicking last week !
From the initial phone call, Bill exhibited professionalism and a genuine willingness to help. He promptly scheduled a convenient time for one of his teammates Peter to visit and tackle the problem. Peter arrived on time, willing to help and assist with the problem at hand. His friendly demeanour and eagerness to solve the issue put us at ease !
Upon inspection, Peter not only identified the root cause of the blockage but also took the time to explain the factors contributing to the problem. His expertise and transparent communication immediately instilled confidence in his abilities. Unlike some service providers who might rush through the job, Peter took the time to answer our questions and provide valuable advice on preventive measures. His technical proficiency was superb !
